About the Role :

We are looking for a Semi-Qualified CA or an experienced Accountant with strong hands-on expertise in accounting operations, accounts payable, taxation compliance, and bookkeeping. This is a straightforward execution-focused role requiring strong fundamentals in accounting and vendor payment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including vendor invoices, payment processing, and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments.
• Manage TDS calculations, deductions, deposits, and related compliance.
• Support GST compliance, reconciliations, and return filings.
• Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consultants/auditors as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Semi-Qualified CA / MBA / CMA/ M.com with relevant accounting experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting and finance operations.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, bookkeeping, TDS, GST, and accounting entries.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software/ERP systems.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage routine finance operations independently.

Preferred Skills

• Strong accounting fundamentals.
• Vendor management and payment processing experience.
• Knowledge of statutory compliances including TDS and GST.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
