The Employer is a boutique investment management firm, founded 7 years back. The firm is founded by veterans having extensive experience in known institutional brokerage houses. Their mission is to help clients create and protect their wealth in the best optimal manner through investing in equities.

They specialize in Indian equity investments for HNIs, Family Offices, Institutions, and Partners' own capital across different strategies, caps, and sectors. Currently managing an AUM of more than INR 14000 Cr.

Job Description

Key Requirements

• Should have experience in equity research (Buy side/sell side) of about 7-15 Years and more into Indian Markets.
• Experience handling Small, Mid, Large Cap sectors.
• Should have passion for investing in equity markets with proactive approach & eye for details having mix of top down and bottoms up approach to investing.
• Should be Able to do Industry Analysis to understand competitive forces, industry dynamics etc.
• Should be Able to do company analysis including financial modelling, tracking quarterly/annual results, attending earning Concalls, deep dive into annual reports (forensic deep dive) etc.
• Generating ideation funnel for new investment ideas under Company's Investment framework.
• Interacting with industry/sector experts, channel checks, sell side, managements of companies etc.
• Enable Investment Committee in decision making of investee companies and new investment ideas.

Required Candidate profile
1. Any CA, Post Graduate in Finance, CFA with Minimum 7 Years of experience int sectors like Capital Goods, Defence.
2. Good financial modelling skills
3. Advanced knowledge of Excel and Word
