Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Develop and maintain integrated financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for forecasting and business planning
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
• Perform variance analysis (budget vs actuals) and highlight key business drivers

Business & Strategic Analysis

• Analyze revenue, cost structures, and unit economics to support decision-making
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to evaluate business strategies
• Support pricing, investment decisions, and capital allocation

Financial Modelling & Valuation

• Build and optimize detailed financial models including revenue builds, growth drivers, and cost assumptions
• Support valuation exercises (DCF, comparable analysis) and cost of capital (WACC) analysis
• Evaluate strategic initiatives including new products, markets, or partnerships

Stakeholder Management & Reporting

• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (business, operations, tech) to gather data and insights
• Communicate financial insights clearly to support decision-making

Process Improvement & Automation

• Improve financial processes, reporting frameworks, and model efficiency
• Collaborate with tech teams to automate reporting and enhance data accuracy
• Ensure strong documentation, validation checks, and model governance
