Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end co-lending backend operations across multiple lender programs

Reconciliation Management

• Handle reconciliations across:
  • Disbursements
  • Collections & repayments
  • Lender share settlements
  • Escrow / nodal accounts
• Ensure accuracy and timelines for:
  • Daily recon reports
  • Weekly recon reports
  • Monthly recon reports

Fund Flow & Settlement

• Track and manage fund flows between NBFC, lenders, and payment systems
• Identify and resolve:
  • Recon breaks
  • Mismatches
  • Settlement discrepancies

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams:
  • Credit
  • Operations
  • Finance
• Support data validation and issue resolution

Treasury & Financial Operations

• Support treasury operations, including:
  • Liquidity tracking
  • Fund utilization
  • Cash flow visibility

Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain:
  • MIS
  • Reports
  • Audit-ready documentation for co-lending transactions
• Assist during:
  • Audits
  • Compliance checks with proper data and documentation

Candidate Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in NBFC / fintech (mandatory)
• Strong NBFC back-office / finance operations experience
• Hands-on experience in:
  • Co-lending operations
  • Reconciliation programs (must-have)

Domain Knowledge

• Deep understanding of:
  • Fund flow mechanisms
  • Lender share calculations
  • Settlement cycles

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Strong proficiency in:
  • Excel
  • Data handling
  • Reconciliation tools
• High attention to detail
• Ability to manage:
  • Large data sets
  • Financial accuracy

Systems Experience

• Experience working with:
  • LMS
  • Payment gateways
  • Banking integrations (preferred)

Good to Have

• Candidates from fintech backend roles looking to move into an NBFC environment
• Prior experience handling multi-lender co-lending structures
