Job Description

Looking for a professional with strong experience in co-lending operations, treasury management, reconciliations, and NBFC financial operations. The role requires managing backend co-lending processes, fund flows, lender settlements, treasury tracking, MIS reporting, and operational finance activities across multiple lending partners.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end co-lending backend operations across multiple lender programs
• Handle reconciliations related to disbursements, collections, repayments, lender share settlements, and escrow/nodal accounts
• Monitor and manage fund flows between NBFCs, lenders, banking partners, and payment systems
• Track treasury operations including liquidity management, fund utilization, and cash flow visibility
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, reconciliation statements, and audit-ready documentation
• Identify and resolve reconciliation breaks, settlement mismatches, and operational discrepancies
• Coordinate with internal teams including Credit, Finance, Operations, and partner lenders for smooth execution and data validation
• Support audits, compliance checks, and financial reporting processes

Desired Candidate Profile :

• 3-5 years of experience in NBFCs and/or fin techs (mandatory)
• Strong exposure to co-lending operations, lender reconciliations, and backend financial operations
• Good understanding of treasury functions, fund flow mechanisms, lender share calculations, and settlement cycles
• Hands-on experience in MIS reporting, reconciliations, and operational finance processes
• Strong Excel, data handling, and reconciliation skills
• Experience working with LMS, payment gateways, or banking integrations is preferred
• Candidates from fintech backend operations or NBFC finance operations backgrounds are encouraged to apply
