Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

·         Act as the Business Finance partner for Supply Chain operations, supporting strategic and operational decision-making.

·         Own end-to-end financial oversight of supply chain operations including cost structures and profitability analysis.

·         Be a close ally with the Ops design team; understand the realities of on-ground operations & bring in efficiencies in key operational processes

·         Own the design, monitoring, and improvement of key SCM cost headers like LM, Variable & Fixed MP, FM/MM, Warehouse cost, etc.

·         Lead AOP planning, budgeting, and forecasting including GMV projections, CPU/CPO modeling, and Capex planning.

·         Drive cost optimization initiatives through productivity benchmarking, network planning, and SOP implementation.

·         Partner with cross-functional teams to improve inventory accuracy, reduce losses, and strengthen vendor commercials.

·         Support new business launches, GTM strategies, and expansion planning across cities and stores.

·         Track and analyze key business metrics including OP%, U2O, AOV, CAC, OPH/EPH, DOH, and inventory losses.

·         Lead strategic projects focused on profitability, capital efficiency, and scalable supply chain operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

·         CA with 2+ years of post-qualification experience in Business Finance or Supply Chain Finance.

·         Strong exposure to Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, or E-commerce / Quick Commerce.

·         Hands-on experience in FP&A, AOP planning, cost modeling, and profitability analysis.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·         Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

·         Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
