Overview:

Business Finance contributes to the organization's success by providing comprehensive financial insights, analysis, and support for strategic decision-making. The role is pivotal in ensuring that financial considerations align with broader business strategies and goals.

Responsibilities: 

● Provide financial insights and analysis to support the development of strategic plans and initiatives. 

● Assess the financial impact of proposed strategies and recommend adjustments as needed. 

● Build and maintain financial models to simulate different scenarios and evaluate the potential outcomes of strategic decisions. 

● Conduct cost-benefit analysis for proposed projects or initiatives to assess their financial viability. 

● Assist in optimizing resource allocation to maximize returns. 

● Interpret financial data and present findings to business stakeholders. 

● Collaborate with Market Research Analysts and Strategic Analysts to incorporate financial data into broader market and industry analyses. 

● Identify and assess financial risks, providing recommendations to mitigate potential negative impacts on the organization's financial health.

Candidate Profile:

● Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 

● 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role. 

● Previous experience in strategic planning and analysis is preferred. 

● In-depth knowledge of financial analysis techniques, financial modelling, and performance metrics. 

● Familiarity with financial software and tools. 

● Knowledge of market trends, industry dynamics, and their potential impact on financial performance. 

● Proficiency in building and maintaining financial models to support decision-making. 

● Proficiency in financial software and tools, including spreadsheet applications, financial modelling software, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
