Job Description

Role Overview

We are hiring a CA/ Semi CA with 3+ years of post-qualification experience in the manufacturing sector to support finance controllership, budgeting, and basic treasury operations. This is a hands-on role requiring strong ownership of day-to-day finance operations and month-end closures.

Key Responsibilities :

Finance Controllership

• Handle day-to-day accounting, month-end and year-end closures
• Ensure accuracy of books, ledgers, and financial statements
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory, tax, and internal audits
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory requirements

Manufacturing Finance & Costing

• Support product costing, BOM analysis, inventory accounting, and variance analysis
• Monitor WIP, finished goods, and inventory reconciliation
• Assist in margin analysis and cost control initiatives

Budgeting & MIS

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and periodic re-forecasting
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and variance analysis for management
• Track key operational and financial KPIs

Treasury (Basic Exposure)

• Assist in cash-flow tracking, bank reconciliations, and fund planning
• Support lender coordination, banking documentation, and payments
• Monitor receivables, payables, and working capital movements

Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with plant operations, procurement, and leadership teams
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and banks as required

Candidate Profile

• Qualified/ Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant
• 3+ years of post-qualification experience in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on exposure to finance controllership is mandatory
• Working knowledge of budgeting and MIS
• Basic treasury exposure (cash-flow, banking, payments)
• Strong Excel skills; ERP exposure
• Comfortable with 6 days WFO at Ambernath location.
