Job Description

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

1. Engaging with new clients for funding through different business lines such Loan Against Securities (LAS) Construction Finance (CF) loans
2. Supporting on the evaluation of proposals including but not limited to compliance with policy, testing adequacy of security cover & other funding parameters, preparation of proposal note, monitoring of LTV and engaging with existing clients for any requirements for additional loans or release of securities
3. Closely co-ordinating with operations team for any post disbursement compliances
4. Collaboration external stakeholders such as valuers, law firms, tax advisors, CA firms as well as internal departments such as compliance, risk, business, other arms of client
5. Any other adhoc activities as may be required to support the hiring manager
