Job Description

The role supports the CFO across financial planning & analysis (FP&A), strategic initiatives, and executive-level coordination. The position requires strong financial acumen, analytical thinking, and the ability to work closely with senior leadership on decision-making, reporting, and execution. 

Strategy – CFO Office

• Develop & execute the strategic financial agenda to deliver targeted business margins, aligned with industry benchmarks, competitive dynamics, and evolving market conditions
• Lead high-impact, CFO-led initiatives, including geographic expansion assessments, business valuations, turnaround planning, and other ad-hoc strategic finance assignments
• Monitor & drive the execution of AOP across divisions, monitoring performance against budgeted margin and profitability targets
• Analyse complex financial information and develop robust financial models to support executive-level decision-making and strategic prioritization
• Perform competitive and industry benchmarking to evaluate relative performance and identify opportunities for strategic and financial advantage

FP&A

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports
• Analyse financial performance, variances, and key business drivers
• Develop financial models for business scenarios, investments, and strategic initiatives
• Prepare presentations, board decks
• Collaborating with senior management to develop strategic plans for the company based on financial feasibility & projections.

Qualification &Requirements:

• CA or MBA (from Premium Institutes) with 5+ yrs of experience in FP&A.
• Candidates preferred from Manufacturing Industry.
