Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• The person will be responsible for managing the monthly/quarterly product PNL including it’s analysis.
• Working on Cost optimization measures for the entity & Cost anaylsis.
• Ensuring monthly review of the Products KPI & interacting with the business head, product manager, collection head etc
• Work alongwith the team for entity level Budgeting exercise & compare actuals with budget at a product level.
• Peer Analysis of KPI’s
• Checking of various workings for releasing the payouts like DSA, Income sharing etc
• Expense analysis and discussion with various department heads
• Work closely with the business teams for any new product launches or scheme changes.
