Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

  • Identify and forecast staffing needs in collaboration with the leadership team.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

  • Source and attract quality candidates through various channels.

  • Coordinate recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding activities.

  • Track and report recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes.

  • Set up best hiring practices.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout recruitment.

Key Skill Sets & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment with a master’s/bachelor’s degree.

  • Strong understanding of best practices in recruitment processes and workforce planning.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

  • Strategic thinking with the capability to build and maintain talent pipelines.

  • Analytical skills to measure hiring effectiveness through relevant metrics.

  • Adaptability to work in fast-paced, high-energy, and dynamic environments.
