Role Summary
The FP&A Associate will support financial planning, performance analysis, MIS reporting, and investor communication.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyse monthly financial performance including revenue, gross margin, operating costs, and EBITDA.
• Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and scenario planning.
• Prepare and maintain MIS dashboards for sales, production, and plant efficiency KPIs.
• Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly investor decks with insights and trends.
• Build financial models for product profitability, pricing, capacity planning, and CAPEX evaluation.
• Support SKU-level and region-wise performance analytics.
• Conduct variance analysis against budgets/forecasts and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to gather data and validate assumptions.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across reports and systems.
Skills & Qualifications
• Chartered Accountant (CA), fresher or 0–1 year experience.
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills; familiarity with dashboards/BI tools is a plus.
• Good understanding of financial statements and basic modelling.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving ability.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
