Job Description

• Conduct deep-dive research on supply, demand, and growth across residential, office, retail, hotels, logistics, and mixed-use sectors.
• Build and maintain detailed market and financial models.
• Analyze properties, portfolios, and companies to assess sustainable RoCE and long-term growth.
• Contribute to screening, underwriting, and investment memos.
• Present research findings clearly, with evidence-backed conclusions.
• Strong quantitative and analytical ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intellectual curiosity, humility, and discipline.
• High attention to detail and ownership of work. 

• A genuine interest in real estate as an investment asset class

  Educational and Experience requirements -  

• 2–5 years of relevant work experience (no more), into India’s real estate markets.
• Under 30 years of age.
• Undergraduate degree in Humanities, Sciences, Commerce, and/or Engineering from a top-tier Indian or international college/university.
• Professional qualifications (CA, MBA) are welcome but not required.
• Patient researcher who enjoys deep, bottom-up analysis — willing to dig into data, trends, and business models.

• Based in Mumbai (role is in-person at our Bandra (West) office). This is not a remote / work-from-home position.

  Who Should Not Apply 

• Fresh graduates with no full-time work experience.
• Professionals with more than 5 years of experience or over 30 years of age.
• Candidates seeking remote or hybrid arrangements — this role requires being physically present and engaged with the team in our Mumbai office.
