Job Description

Strategic Audit Planning:

• Develop and execute the annual internal audit plan for the automotive sales and service business.
• Identify key risk areas across sales, service, and operations to align audits with strategic goals.

Audit Execution:

• Lead and manage operational, financial, and compliance audits.
• Review financial reports, system controls, and processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Risk Management:

• Identify and assess business risks in 2W, 3W, and 4W sales and service operations.
• Work with senior management to create and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to statutory and industry regulations.
• Liaise with external auditors and stay updated on regulatory changes impacting the automotive sector.

Reporting and Communication:

• Prepare clear, insightful audit reports for management and the board.
• Present key findings and follow up on the implementation of recommendations.

Process Monitoring:

• Ensure compliance with SOPs and internal controls as approved by HODs.
• Regularly evaluate processes to improve efficiency and control effectiveness.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to enhance audit and operational processes.
• Recommend cost-effective and tech-enabled solutions for better efficiency and automation.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with finance, operations, and HR teams to align audit objectives with business priorities.
• Build strong relationships across departments to support smooth audit execution and implementation.
