Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Execution & Monitoring of Securitization Transactions (DA & PTC)

• Conduct in-depth balance sheet analysis and financial statement review of originators and underlying entities for securitization readiness.
• Perform comprehensive credit analysis, including portfolio analysis, static pool analysis, and historical trend and behavior analysis of the underlying assets.
• Assist in pre-deal due diligence, including review of loan files and transaction offering documents.
• Prepare presentations to committees for transaction approval.
• Conduct ongoing surveillance of existing pools, monitoring key metrics and covenant compliance.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including originators, arrangers, trustees, and credit rating agencies.
• Coordinate internally across departments such as Risk, Credit, Legal, and Operations.

Fund Raising

• Assist senior treasury team members in the LTF Borrowing Programme, consisting of Bank Loans, NCD, CP, and ECB.
• Prepare treasury-related financial reports and MIS for lenders and other stakeholders.
• Ensure efficient and accurate execution of all treasury transactions.
• Supervise daily treasury operations, including SAP updates and maintenance of strong internal controls within the treasury function.
• Ensure adherence to Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines, FEMA regulations, and other relevant regulatory requirements.

Technical Skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Soft Skills & Competencies

• Analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to engage effectively with senior management, external partners, and investors.
