Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits of manufacturing plants and corporate processes as per the approved audit plan.
• Identify areas of improvement in systems, internal controls, and operational efficiency, with a focus on cost optimization.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with policies and audit observations.
• Ensure timely completion of audit assignments and follow-up on implementation of audit recommendations.
• Travel across various locations in India (approximately 40%) for on-site audits.

Technical / Functional Skills

• Proven experience in internal auditing, preferably in a multi-location manufacturing or auto components company.
• Working knowledge of SAP and MS Office tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to manage the complete audit lifecycle — from planning and execution to reporting and compliance review.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in report drafting.

Qualifications and Experience

• CA: 0–2 years of post-qualification experience.
• CA Inter: 2-6 years of relevant experience.
