Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive – Controllership to support core finance functions including accounting, regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Month-End Closures

1. Ensure timely and accurate posting of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial data like audit schedules.

2. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.

3. Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure compliance with Ind AS.

Financial Reporting

1. Assist in preparing financial statements and MIS reports.

2. Own significant Financial Statement Line Items and RBI return reporting.

3. Support the Finance Manager in analysis of financial data.

Regulatory & Statutory Compliance

1. Assist in filing returns with regulatory authorities (RBI, GST, TDS, ROC, etc.).

2. Monitor compliance with NBFC norms, including provisioning, asset classification, and ALM.

3. Prepare data and documentation for internal, statutory, and regulatory audits.

Audit & Internal Controls

1. Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely resolution of audit queries.

2. Monitor and improve internal financial controls and processes.

3. Maintain accurate documentation for all financial activities.

Key Skills & Competencies:

1. Need CA/CMA/MBA Finance with 1-3 years either with a NBFC or Small Finance Bank or Big 6 audit firm

2. Strong understanding of NBFC operations, accounting standards (Ind AS), and RBI regulations.

3. Proficiency in SAP, Excel and data analytical tools.

4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
