Job Description

Role Summary

Design and execute integration programmes that preserve customer experience, retain key talent, harmonize systems, and unlock promised synergies—transforming individual acquisitions into a unified logistics platform.

Key Responsibilities

·   Integration Strategy & Governance :

  • Translate deal theses into 90-day and 12-month integration blueprints with clear milestones, owners, and KPIs.
  • Establish SteerCo cadence and risk-escalation paths; run weekly cross-functional war-rooms.

·   Organization & People Alignment :

  • Map combined org structures, design retention packages, and facilitate leadership assimilation workshops.
  • Drive communication plans and cultural-integration initiatives that sustain engagement across all levels.

·  Process, Technology & Infrastructure Harmonization :

  • Consolidate TMS/WMS/ERP stacks, migrate data, and rationalize SOPs for line-haul, last-mile, warehousing, and billing.
  • Ensure service-level continuity while capturing cost-efficiencies and scalability benefits.

·   Commercial & Go-to-Market Integration

  • Unify pricing models, key-account ownership, and cross-sell playbooks; align incentive frameworks with the new GTM strategy.
  • Track revenue-synergy capture through deal-level scorecards.
     

·  Financial & Compliance Integration :

  • Standardized accounting calendars, controls, and statutory compliance; deliver the first consolidated close on schedule.
  • Monitor integration costs against budget, reporting variances with remediation plans.

     

Success Metrics :

●     Synergy realization vs. investment case (cost & revenue)

●     Retention rate of founders and key staff

●     Integration milestones achieved on time / on budget

●     Technology cut-over success rate

Core Competencies :

·         Strong cross-functional communication

·         High operational intuition.

Ideal Candidate :

MBA / CA and Tier 1 undergraduate degree. And willing to travel 70% Pan India.

Have successfully closed  5-6 M&A transactions.

Preferred Background : 

  • Big 4 M&A / Integration practices
  • Operational consulting firms.
  • Corporate HQ with 30–40 % travel to acquired sites.
