Job Description

  • Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment: Responsible for ascertaining the Manpower Requirement and maintaining at the optimum level. To handle the entire recruitment process from the Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, making of Job Descriptions, Sourcing of Candidates, conducting Interviews, Salary Fixation and negotiations with Candidates.
  • Employee Relations: Have constant interaction with the employees and ensure resolving complex Employee Relations issues and address grievances and provide guidance regularly to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
  • Performance Management: Work closely with the vertical heads / section heads and address performance issues on a regular basis and maintain a transparent feedback mechanism. Identify potential employees and device Individual Development Plan / Growth path to ensure succession planning in the organization.
  • Capacity Building: Devise and implement Capacity-Building program on an ongoing basis which will impact Talent Development, Employee Resilience, and Career Development.
  • Learning & Development: Implement a suitable methodology to identify gaps and ensure bridging the skill gaps through the constant endeavour of imparting training on both technical & soft skills. Ensure ROI on training by periodical reviews and retraining.
  • ELCM: Ensuring the entire Employee Life Cycle Management System like right from On-boarding, Induction & Orientation, Confirmation, Transfer, Job Rotation, Career Progression, Separation etc., are in place and the documents are maintained intact.
  • Organizational Change: Guide the Business Vertical heads for the suitable organization to ensure the optimum utilization of available resources and always maintain the updated Organization Chart.
  • Employee Engagement:

Support organizational change by creating internal communication strategies and ensuring implementation of best practices.

Devise methods and processes for Better Employee Evaluation and suggest best recognition systems.

Periodically conduct Employee Engagement / Wellness Survey and appraise the Management with suitable action plan.

Profile Expectation:

  • MBA/PG in Human Resource Management from Tier-I institutes.
  • 6 to 8 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Must have experience in managing large employee base with high sensitivity and emotional intelligence.
  • Must be able to demonstrate leadership, decision making skills and alignment with strong ethical norms.
  • Must be target and result oriented.
