We are looking for a CA Fresher to join our M&A Tax team. The role involves tax due diligence, structuring, and compliance for M&A deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in tax due diligence and structuring for M&A transactions.
Analyze tax implications of deals and corporate restructurings.
Conduct research on domestic and international tax laws.
Review transaction documents from a tax perspective.
Ensure tax compliance and reporting for M&A deals.
