Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Workday Operations Executive to oversee the day-to-day administration and management of our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The Workday Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and optimization of Workday processes and functionalities. This role requires strong technical expertise in Workday administration.

Workday Administration:
 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Workday-related inquiries, issues, and escalations.
  • Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and administration of Workday modules, including HCM, Compensation, Absence Management, and Talent Management.
  • Manage security roles, user access, and permissions within Workday to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies.
     

Data Management and Reporting:
 

  • Oversee the accuracy and integrity of data within Workday, including employee records, organizational hierarchies, and reporting structures.
  • Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to support HR and business analytics requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security standards in all Workday-related activities.
  • Provide training and support to end users on Workday reporting tools and self-service capabilities.
     

Your Background
 

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Workday administration, configuration, and support,.
  • Workday certification preferred (e.g., Workday HCM, Workday Integration).
  • Strong technical proficiency in Workday functionality, including configuration, security, and reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
