Job Description

A leading financial institution is seeking an Associate/Analyst to join their Industrials team within the Investment Banking division. The successful candidate will play a key role in deal execution, identifying target companies, and preparing pitch materials. This position requires a solid understanding of market and industry dynamics.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage deals from inception to completion.
• Identify and evaluate potential target companies.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive pitch materials and presentations.
• Conduct in-depth market and industry research.
• Collaborate with senior team members on various investment banking projects.

Ideal candidate:

• Strong academic credentials.
• Practical market knowledge and industry awareness.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA from a prestigious institution is preferred.
• Suitable for CA freshers or MBAs with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
