Job description
What you’ll do
Key Responsibilities :
1. Financial reporting and analysis to various stakeholders to support decision making
2. Work with onshore and offshore finance team reporting within Biocon Biologics group, to monitor all transactions and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day accounting operations
3. Creating process around fixed assets tracking and tagging, accounting for the same including depreciation and write-offs
4. Ensure timely closure of activities related to revenue recognition with utmost accuracy
5. Monthly books closure activities including reporting of Revenue, Receivables, Capex and other MIS
6. Review of receivables management, ensuring timely collection, dispute resolution by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
7. Developing relationships with banks, payment gateways for latest functionalities at completive cost
8. Co-ordinate, review and provide support through appropriate inputs to the reporting teams for the monthly/quarterly and yearly MIS reporting
9. Co-ordination with statutory and tax Auditors
10. Tracking actual cost v/s Budget for support functions
11. Liaise with third party accounting, tax service providers and other consultants on local regulatory/accounting/audit compliances
12. Consolidating Support function budget and tracking against actuals
Education, Experience and Skill :
1. Experience - Fresher.
2. Qualification Chartered Accountant (CA)
3. Hands on experience with SAP
4. Ability to understand and effectively apply technical accounting guidance for Revenue and Capex accounting
5. Excellent analytical skills
6. Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
