Role: Chartered Accountant (Solution Building)
Work location: Hyderabad.
Roles & Responsibilities Liaison with stakeholders from all Business Units, Technology teams and related third parties to understand, define and document software requirements for technology initiatives based on processes, activities, policies, and operational requirements of the organization. Build better than the best in class, technical & process solutions in the Finance, Accounting and Costing related areas with required IT infrastructure
Main Accountabilities:
- Business model analysis analyze and ensure business solutions are in harmony with each other at system level.
- Solution design understand and design workflows along with technical requirements to execute business processes. Must be able to design and end to end process mapping for building solutions
- Systems analysis conduct and facilitate sessions between different stakeholders to ensure business requirements, business rules, process needs etc. are accommodated/gaps are highlighted, towards designing & building IT solutions.
- Project Management extend support and play active role in timely completion of solutions, thus supporting the project deadlines
- Integration and Testing ensure proper integration with databases, applications. Prepare and test use cases. Ensure Testing & Validation activity is undertaken with the necessary degree of independence while being completed in a collaborative and seamless way with Business Leadership
- Training and Implementation provide support in development of use cases, training material, participate in implementation, and provide post-implementation support
- Continuous Improvement - Evaluate potential alternatives in enhancing the solutions and automate the process to the last mile. Constantly update with the industry changes and implement the same with due consultation with the other leaders of the process. Review system architecture and build APIs to improve application performance ensuring business requirements.
Required Skills:
- Designing End to End process solutions with an ability to find the risks and make the process better
- Ability to stretch and meet the deadlines with firm commitment
- Experienced in developing functional and non-functional requirements
- Demonstrate thorough grasp of business processes across various functions
- Ability to understand and map end to end process
- Ability to assimilate and correlate disconnected business documentation and articulate their collective relevance to the organization and to high-priority business issues.
- Ability to work seamlessly with Clients, On-Shore, and Off-shore teams
- Ability to present ideas, decisions and recommendations that can drive and influence business change
- Ability to manage multiple activities in a deadline-oriented environment; highly organized and flexible; Ability to develop and meet schedules required
- Strong research skills with an attention to detail
- Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills Excel, Word, and Power Point. Any other technical skill is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and jointly in unstructured environments in a self-directed way
- Ability to take a leadership role on projects and with customers
- Demonstrated skills in building and maintaining productive working relationships business leadership; Experience working within cross-functional project team to understand business requirements and deliver project documentation
- Stays updated with latest trends in Technology and Process
- Develop strong working relationship with cross functional departments and employees.
