Job Description

- Spearhead negotiations with financial institutions to secure optimal project financing solutions across the Group, ensuring successful financial closures.
- Develop and refine financial models to evaluate diverse project scenarios and financing alternatives, providing data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
- Manage and enhance relationships with external credit rating agencies to maintain strong credit ratings for the company and its subsidiaries.
- Implement strategies to optimize the company's capital structure, meticulously monitoring debt positions and calculating the Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC).
- Evaluate long-term funding and non-fund-based requirements for designated group companies under the One Treasury initiative, ensuring adherence to tax and transfer pricing regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive board notes and deliver compelling presentations to articulate business cases and strategic financial proposals.
- Oversee and ensure continuous compliance with bank covenants, proactively mitigating potential risks and maintaining strong lender relationships.
- Provide expert recommendations to senior management on loan proposals, aligning financial strategies with organizational objectives.
- Drive strategic financial planning initiatives, aligning resource allocation with long-term growth objectives and optimizing financial performance.
- Manage corporate finance activities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and supporting the company's strategic objectives through effective financial strategies.
