JOB OBJECTIVE :
Handle regulatory compliance specifically relating to RBI compliances, Capital markets, stock exchanges, and other
regulatory bodies and supportive role to NBFC compliance.
KEY RESPOSIBILITIES :
To manage and ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI and other applicable capital market regulations ensuring
all activities conform to regulatory requirements.
Conduct compliance reviews and ensure adherence to SEBI, RBI, FEMA, PMLA, and other regulatory
guidelines.
Track and interpret regulatory updates, circulars, and notifications; evaluate their impact on business
operations relating to capital markets.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Interpretation of regulatory guidelines
Conducting compliance reviews, testing and assessments
Coordination with stakeholders
Good communication/ articulation skills
