HR Operations – Contract Role | Bangalore

Location: Novel / Bhive 
Employment Type: Contract – Third-Party Payroll 
Experience: 3–6 Years
CTC: ₹6–10 LPA
Positions: 2
Preferred: Male candidates
Work Model: 5 days from office; hybrid option may be available later

Role Overview

We are looking for an HR professional with hands-on experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations and Employee Engagement. The role requires someone who can independently handle employee queries, grievances and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, induction and employee lifecycle activities
• Handle leave, attendance and payroll-related processes
• Drive employee engagement and employee connect initiatives
• Address and resolve employee grievances and HR queries
• Manage contract staff and coordinate with relevant stakeholders
• Prepare HR reports, data analysis and presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Support day-to-day HR Operations and administration

Key Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Mature approach towards handling employee concerns
• Positive attitude and strong stakeholder management skills
• Prior experience with contract staff management will be an added advantage
