• Leads timely and accurate reconciliation of bank and book transactions.
• Ensures minimal unreconciled items and transparent reporting to stakeholders.
• Maintains updated SOPs and ensures strict process compliance through checks.
• Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to meet SLA timelines.
• Drives audit readiness with strong controls and high-quality MIS reporting.
• Enhances automation, team capability, and process efficiency through continuous improvement.
