Job Description

THE ROLE:
A reputed $200-million secondary copper manufacturer and exporter seeks an experienced CFO to lead its financial strategy through its transition into a professionally managed, ERP-driven corporate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own treasury, forex and hedging strategy across domestic and export operations. 
- Lead taxation (GST & Income Tax), statutory compliance and audit readiness. 
- Drive budgeting, financial planning and manufacturing costing across both units. 
- Own MIS and financial reporting, and define the KPI framework the leadership team runs on. 
- Structure import-export finance: LC, trade finance and working-capital planning — with the banking team. 
- Partner with the CEO on strategic planning, fundraising and long-term financial strategy. 

Ideal Profile:
- MBA in Finance & Banking, or Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 10+ years of experience, with a strong track record in Treasury, Forex and Hedging. 
- Deep expertise in Taxation (GST & IT), Budgeting, Statutory Compliance and Strategic Planning. 
- Prior use of an ERP/finance system in a manufacturing or trading environment. 
- Strong leadership presence and exceptional communication with the board and lenders. 
- Hyderabad-based candidates preferred.
