We're looking for a finance professional with 2–3 years of experience in business finance to join our team. This is a high-ownership role at a fast-growing health-tech company.
Job Description:
• MIS Reporting: Prepare and own monthly MIS covering P&L, AR, and ops metrics for senior review
• Accounts Receivable: Customer master governance, reconciliations, outstanding ageing, and DSO tracking across cities
• Payment Gateway Reconciliation: End-to-end PG recon
• Month-End Close: Provisions, accruals, and close support
• Team Support: Guide and review work of junior finance executives
• Projects: Support ERP implementation, statutory/internal audits, and cross-functional finance initiatives
