Job Description

As the Assistant Manager - Finance, you will be the engine room of company's operations and will be closely working with the Head of Treasury (HoT). You will manage the funds and the critical nexus internally & externally with our financing partners. We are looking for a proactive and well-structured "owner" who can navigate complex multi-currency environments and ensure our capital is deployed with 100% accuracy and speed Description 

● Facility & Compliance Management: Manage end-to-end documentation and compliance for global finance facilities, taking 100% ownership of daily and monthly debt facility reporting. 

● Global Payment Operations: Oversee daily funds transfers, multi-currency payments, and the proactive scheduling of monthly payments across all company's locations with 100% accuracy. 

● Liquidity & FX: Proactively manage treasury dashboards and forecasts, monitoring currency balances to optimize FX trades and minimize exposure. Manage the working capital, prevent funds remaining as idle across all company's locations. 

● Treasury Support: Assist the HoT with daily treasury checks and facility management, while liaising with external service providers and banking partners to ensure timely international payments. 

● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Regularly assist the internal Finance Team (budget management, payment registers) and the Collections Team.

 Requirements 

● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent practical experience 

● 2-5 years of experience (preferably in corporate treasury, fintech ops, or investment operations) demonstrating a track record of extreme reliability and an eagerness to learn.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; fluent in English.
