Job Description

Job Overview:
As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial statements, preparing reports, and providing strategic recommendations based on financial performance. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure the company’s financial health and support the company’s growth and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities: 
1.Financial Analysis and Reporting:
   - Analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
   - Prepare detailed reports on financial performance, highlighting key trends, variances, and insights.
   - Conduct ratio analysis, trend analysis, and other financial metrics to evaluate the company's financial health.

2.Budgeting and Forecasting:
   - Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts.
   - Monitor and report on budget vs. actual performance.
   - Develop financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.

3.Strategic Planning:
   - Provide financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
   - Collaborate with different departments to gather financial data and provide insights.
   - Assist in evaluating potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions.

4.Compliance and Risk Management:
   - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
   - Identify and assess financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
   - Support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information.

5.Data Management and Analysis:
   - Maintain and update financial databases and systems.
   - Use advanced Excel skills and financial software to analyze large data sets.
   - Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support management decision-making.

6.Stakeholder Communication:
   - Present financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
   - Communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
   - Provide recommendations based on financial analysis to improve business performance.

Qualifications:
Education:
  - Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
  - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

- *Experience:*
  - Minimum of  1 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles.
  - Prior experience in a finance company or financial services industry is preferred.

-Skills:
  - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  - Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting techniques.
  - Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  - Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
