Job Description

1.  This position is mainly responsible for booking of invoices and arrange payments before due time in compliance to Indian Accounting principles and company policies, besides the basic AP work, AP accountant need to have well knowledge in tax to perform the above work without mistakes.

2.  Follow up with vendors/customers to get invoices, check invoices charges with quotations, and book the entries, be responsible for the work output quality.

3.  Check and clear the ledger balance on monthly basis, and do the ledger balance confirmation with vendors quarterly.

4.  Communicate with bankers to process foreign currency payment and comply with bank to do necessary compliance work.

5.  Work with auditors, both internal and external, both accounting firm& government

6.  Collect and audit rebate documents from customers to verify rebate, strictly follow company policy to verify and accurately calculate the rebate payable.

7.  Work with whole accounts team to close book on monthly basis before due time.

8.  Support other team members and can take their work in urgent situation for the company goal.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor degree in accounting, or other related financial major.

2. At least 3 years and above working experience as AP accountant.

3. Well knowledge of internal control principles, have enough experience in audit and self-checking

4. Good communication skill(fluent English is mandate) and team work capability
