Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monthly Book closure as per Indian GAAP & IND AS.
• Consolidation of Foreign subsidiaries into Indian HoldCo on quarterly basis.
• Related party transaction working, Transfer pricing documentation etc.
• Ledger scrutiny, Ensuring provisions & Accruals entries.
• Analysis of variances within the first week of the next month.
• SAP related control testing & providing checks & further automation.
• Handling audits like Statutory, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, & IFC reviews etc.
• Assistance in Income Tax Scrutiny matters.
• Supporting Annual Business Plan preparation.

Ideal candidate:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in core manufacturing industry (Preferably Automobile Industry).
• Expert in the area of Accounting, Direct Taxation, Audit, SAP Implementation (Preferably S4 HANA).
• Ability to manage a team of 3-4 members.
