Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts and Finance Executive to join our team. As a CA fresher, you will support the finance department in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and contributing to financial reporting. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Support the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
• Ensure reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Help in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Assist with audits and prepare necessary documentation.
• Ensure compliances with IT and GST Act.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Collaborate with the finance team on various projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• hartered Accountant (CA) qualification (fresher).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial practices.
• Proficient in Advanced Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
