Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled MIS Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Management Information Systems (MIS), with experience in regular and group-level MIS reporting. Proficiency in advanced Excel and reporting tools is essential, along with a solid understanding of various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance MIS reports for regular and group-level analysis.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions and reporting tools to generate insightful dashboards and visualizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accurate reporting.
• Analyze trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic decision-making.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and data analysis as required by management.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting processes.
• Stay updated on business operations to effectively tailor reports and analyses.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1 year of experience or Inter CA with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in advanced Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
• Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
