Job Description

1. Should have experience in internal auditing of a manufacturing company, preferably with multi-location and auto components manfacturing.
2. Must have done in-depth audits in following areas : Product Costing, Manufacturing process, P2P, O2C, Inventory, Capex, Plant operations, Logistics, F&A and Costing.
3. Should have sound knowledge and experience into Data Analysis. Should possess good analytical ability. 
4. Should be proficient in Internal Controls, Internal Financial Control (IFC), Risk Assessment. 
5. Should have strong knowledge on material accounting and reconciliation (Material receipts to Production / Consumption process) and Finance.
6. Should have working knowledge of SAP and knowledge of Accounting Standards.
7. Should be able to handle independently the audits right from planning of audits till concluding with auditee's
8. Should be proficient in IA report writing skills (English Language).
9. Should have Team Lead experience.

Qualification & Experience:

1. CA with minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience, atleast 5 yrs into core manufacturing industry.
2. Candidates with additional qualifications like CIA, FAFD, CFE will be preferred)

Key Deliverables/ Accountabilities of the Position:

1. Conducting audits of plants and processes as per plan and providing improvements in systems, controls and cost savings.
2. Should have excellent communication skills (English Language).
3. Lead the team and develop the capabilities in the team.
4. Should be open to Travel (20% - 25%)
