Job Description

1.To handle entire recruitments cycle process for formulation Manufacturing Site.

• Talent Acquisition across all levels.
• To review Vacancies, the scope of internal transfers, Job Enlargements, Job Enrichments, Multi-skilling, freeze the no. of vacant positions in each department & Plants.
• Induction and onboarding
• Attrition monitoring and control.

2. Talent Management

• Capability Building of each level of employees through Upskilling.
• Training & Development
• Reward & recognition program – Stars/Spotlight/Pat-on-Back

3. Performance and appraisal management

• To implement the Performance Appraisal System for all category of employees in concurrence to corporate policy.
• End to End Performance Appraisal System implementation.
• Preparing Financial Implication of Appraisal
• To Update and maintain the Organizational Structure of Unit

4. HR Manpower Budgeting

• Annual Budgeting, Planning & Utilization of 4000+ Manpower of entire Manufacturing Site.
• To review the manpower requirement against targeted volumes with plant heads and finalizing the annual manpower budget & HR Cost
• To review & maintain operative utilization more than 99%.
• HR Manpower Cost to be maintained within Budget
• To prepare HR Revenue Budget.

5. Employee Engagement Activities

• HR Initiatives, Creating & Implementing.
• Conducting Employee Engagement Programs.

6.To prepare MIS and support Site HR head for various activities

• To provide administrative and other support to enhance the various support system for all departments.
• Maintain harmonious relationship with all stakeholder

7. Any departmental activities/ HR Projects assigned from time to time

• HR projects designing and implementation.
