Job Description

  • Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment process for specified business units.
  • Monitor and review progress against recruitment goals and objectives, analysing recruiting activity and metrics to provide insights and take corrective action as needed.
  • Optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure maximum value and usability.
  • Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings.
  • Manage external partnerships with colleges, job boards, and hiring vendors.
  • Implement online and offline employer branding activities.
  • Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans.
  • Maintain a good understanding of IT and non-IT domains relevant to the business.
  • Build a strong Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to attract top talent.
  • Deliver hiring requirements as per agreed SLAs and costs, focusing on the agreed source mix.
  • Participate in projects and strategic initiatives at a team or organizational level.
  • Mentor, coach, and train team members, supporting them in achieving their targets.
  • Communicate hiring status and respond promptly to business queries.
  • Act as the primary contact for all hiring managers, ensuring proper stakeholder engagement and exhibiting strong relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrate strong market acumen and knowledge of competitors.
  • Drive recruitment, HR, and risk processes with adherence to defined procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data capture with minimal defects.
  • Ensure program-level operational KPIs, agreed upon with stakeholders, are met.
  • Exhibit strong negotiation and data analytics skills.
  • Possess good knowledge of sourcing tools and technologies, including social media platforms.
