Design, launch and scale a robust, global talent acquisition strategy focused on Expedia Group’s hiring in India.
As a true value-coach, build a seamless partnership with our hiring leaders as a genuine trusted advisor.
Partner with our business and TA leaders to understand talent requirements, whilst challenging current thinking and ways of hiring whilst advising them on industry talent trends and market competitiveness.
Translate hiring needs into strategic recruitment plans and set clear expectations for the timeframe and partnership needed from the business.
Partner effectively with People (HR) business partners to ensure a high-quality experiencefor hiring managers, the hiring team and candidates.
Translate data into insights to influence senior leadership decision making, support problem solving and to communicate compelling data stories.
Organizational Design & Development: Build a high-performance team that can move hiring in India to the next orbit of delivery and business partnership.
Drive workforce planning and capacity planning, optimize the team to deliver against full hiring demand.
