Job Description

Job Summary:
The Treasurer and Controller will direct the financial operations of the company including budgeting, planning, investing, and other financial matters.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Overseas employees responsible for financial reporting, accounting, billing, collections, payroll, and budget preparation.
Implements internal control policies and procedures for all financial activities.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial strategies to ensure the organization's long-term financial stability and growth.
• Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing regular reports to senior management and the board of directors.
• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, cash flow management, and budgeting.
• Streamline procure-to-pay processes, implement cost controls, and enhance procurement strategies. 
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements, including tax filings, audits, and financial statements.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data and safeguarding company assets.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and monitor departmental budgets, providing financial insights to support decision-making.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent and highly accurate math and accounting skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

• Qualified CA 
• Eight years or more of related experience required.
• Candidates from manufacturing/e- commerce/supply chain/warehousing would be preferred.
