Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage fund accounting operations, including the preparation of financial statements and reporting for investment funds.
• Handle daily interaction with investors, addressing queries and providing financial updates.
• Perform NAV calculations and ensure timely and accurate fund valuations.
• Oversee cash flow management, capital calls, and distribution processes.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Collaborate with external auditors and ensure proper documentation of all fund transactions.
• Provide support in investment performance tracking and portfolio reporting.

Preferred Experience:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in fund accounting, preferably in a fund accounting or custodian firm.
• Prior exposure to working closely with investors and managing investor communications.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, fund structures, and investment vehicles.

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
