Job Description

i. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop comprehensive budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

ii. Variance Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of budget vs. actual performance, identifying discrepancies and recommending corrective actions.

iii. Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the company's financial health

iv. Cost Management: Implement cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency and maximize profitability.

v. Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to all financial regulations and standards, including tax laws, GST regulations, and corporate governance guidelines,etc

vi. Internal Controls: Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.

vii. Audits: Coordinate with auditors during financial audits, ensuring all required documentation and information are provided promptly.

viii. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of 2 - 3 of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
