Job Description

• Handle day-to-day accounting using Tally ERP.
• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the system.
• Ensure timely closing of books and reconciliation of ledgers.
• Perform regular bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.
• Manage accounts receivable, including customer invoicing and collections.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up with clients for overdue payments.
• Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, including invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor management.
• Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Stay updated with changes in tax legislation and implement necessary changes in accounting practices.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and yearly MIS reports.
• Analyze financial data and present actionable insights to senior management.
• Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss statements.
• Conduct trend analysis to identify patterns in revenue, expenses, and cash flows.
• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Perform variance analysis between actual and forecasted results.
