Job Description

Job Purpose-

Assist in streamlining the accounts receivable process by identifying areas for performance improvement. Communicate discrepancies to the management team, identify slow-paying customers, and recommend collection candidates.

Responsibilities-

• Monitor cash and card transactions at stores and follow up on reconciliation by contacting stores via telephone, email, and mail.
•  Perform daily cash management duties, including recording bank deposits, updating and distributing cash receipt logs, and posting cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger.
• Bank Reconciliation regularly.
• Petty cash management, monitoring, and validation for retail stores. 
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries in Cash Card and Petty Cash.

Skills-

• Strong mathematical skills 
• Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
• Superb time management and detail orientation
• Proficiency with Google Drive
• Ability to keep company and partner confidence
