Job Description

Fund Raising Support

• Prepare and maintain investor presentations, pitch decks, and other marketing materials

• Coordinate and manage investor due diligence processes on the Funds, including the preparation of data rooms and responding to due diligence queries

• Assist in organizing Fund’s annual meets

• Assist in developing investor databases for new reach outs

• Assist in smooth onboarding of new investors

• Help manage investor communications and ensure timely responses to investor queries

• Track and manage investor engagement, including maintaining and updating investor records

• Preparation and circulation of internal group level updates, reports, fund updates, and other reports

Finance & Accounts

• Assist in managing the financial operations of the fund, including fund management and financial reporting.

• Assist in co-ordination with all the administrators, legal & tax consultants, bankers, custodian for various operational matters of the Fund.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, investor reports, budgeted drawdowns, exit projections, financial and portfolio construction model.

• Assist in managing the Audits of the Fund including valuation of the portfolio companies.

• Assist in preparation of fund performance reports, benchmarking reports, and analysis for internal and external stakeholders.

• Assist in completion of all marketing compliances with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

• Assist in preparation of all reports required by investors, internal teams, and regulatory bodies.
