Job Description

• Preparation and review of financial statements of the Company and its subsidiary companies in compliance with Ind AS/local GAAPs, SEBI, Companies Act.
• Manage the entire corporate reporting (quarterly and yearly) and corporate accounting function.
• Assist CFO in financial controlling and certain entity level compliances in respect of India operations.
• Ensuring timely completion of quarterly and yearly accounts closing, financial reporting, annual report for investors and limited review / audit by Statutory Auditors
• Ensuring adherence to corporate guidelines and policies concerning financial accounting and internal controls, supporting business and other function in achievement of their objectives
• Maintaining harmonious working relationship with internal (including departments) & external stakeholder (auditors, consultants etc.) without compromising on professional standards and ethics
• Managing regulatory compliance including close co-ordination with Units for internal audits and other matters
• Continuous assessment of impact of changes in financial reporting standards and regulatory regime, tax laws and other matters impacting financial reporting.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• CA with knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, Team Management, Interpersonal skills, Working under VUCA state.
• Post qualification experience of 15-18 years. Experience in Big 4 and listed companies on financial reporting, audit.
