Job Description

- Leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for Wipro Hydraulics.

- Create variance analysis reports and financial models.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance against plan & forecast.

- Tracking of financials and giving financial insights for key customers, competition, and suppliers.

- P&L, Balance sheet analysis during month and quarter close

- Support in preparation of presentations for reviews with Board and Leadership

- Adhoc operational and financial analysis

Requirements –

- Chartered Accountant with 8-10 years of post-qualification work experience.

- Hands on knowledge of SAP and other ERPs

- Good analytical mindset & skills

- Excellent MS excel and power-point skills

- Good communication. Ability to communicate with senior leaders

- Manufacturing industry experience mandatory – 5 years ; Industrial Manufacturing a plus
