Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for managing the finance and accounts function of the company. He will be responsible for tracking cash flow and financial planning as well as analyzing the company’s financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions. He will also manage tax compliances and planning.

Below are the key deliverables:

• Oversee the dayto-day operations of the Business.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's goals and objectives.
• Manage financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, to senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
• Supervise Accounts payables and accounts receivables.
• Liasioning with Banks for renewal of credit facilities and maintaining appropriate credit limits.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Statutory compliances including monthly/Quarterly/annual return filing.
• Handle tax assessments
• Manage and ensure adherence to export related compliance requirements, transfer pricing, and FEMA regulations.
• Liaison with local consultants, auditors etc.

A suitable candidate for this position should have:

• CA degree.
• 12-15 years of experience in finance management.
• 3-5 years of experience as a finance controller in a company with a turnover of INR 50-100 crore or more.
• Knowledge of cash flow management, compliances, taxation, internal and external audit, balance sheets, finance processes, funding and automation.
